Grace House Nor Cal is a non-profit faith-based discipleship program in Sacramento, California. We have been established in our community for multiple years and are a go-to recovery resource for various agencies throughout the greater Sacramento area. We value the individual and focus on establishing long-term relationships with clients. Our program currently consists of a men’s house, a woman’s house, and a men’s transitional home. We are a private pay program meaning we do not accept Medi-Cal or insurance. We work with partner agencies for resident placement and have a well-established relationship with the court system for multiple counties throughout the state. By instilling moral values in the lives of our spiritual family, and educating them in how to combat the problems and challenges in their lives, we are seeing lives transformed. Please note we are not a detox center.
At Grace House, we focus our efforts on men and women whose lives are in turmoil due to life-controlling problems, such as drug and alcohol abuse, physical and sexual abuse, and anger issues. We live in a world today of overcrowded jails and prisons, gangs ruling our neighborhoods, street violence is a common occurrence, and families are broken apart. Why? Drugs are the leading cause of most crimes. Our mission is to see our streets safe once again, to see families restored, and to give hope to the hopeless. We commit to these individuals by helping them rebuild their lives through discipleship. By instilling moral values in the lives of our spiritual family, and educating them in how to combat the problems and challenges in their lives, we are seeing lives transformed. People bound by crippling and addictive behaviors are free to lead productive lives, taking with them a message of restoration and of hope.
